The Division of University Advancement operates directly under the supervison of the vice president and "includes fund development, alumni relations, volunteer relations, and donor and alumni information and services for the university’s fifteen colleges. The division’s services incorporate gift management and reporting, strategic donor and alumni communications, events, donor relations, and business services and operations."

During my tenure at the university, I served as the web and email lead for eight departmental websites. I was responsible for overseeing the launch of four multi-user sites. My primary role involved the maintenance and development of these eight departmental websites, as well as the creation of comprehensive documentation outlining project objectives, timelines, bug identification, and system audits. Additionally, I played a crucial role in developing, designing, serving as the lead for over eight new responsive web pages and microsites for the University Advancement CMS and WordPress websites. Notably, I contributed to the creation of the University's "Billion Dollar 'Here We Go' Campaign" web page. By effectively managing relationships across departments and serving as the lead for the website champions, I contributed to a remarkable 30% increase in university donors and engagement.
